Kenneth P. Warner is the principal of The Warner Law Firm, PLLC with offices in Carle Place Long Island and Manhattan. Mr. Warner is an approved settlement agent for six active mortgage lenders and holds title underwriting authority from 6 of America’s largest title insurers.

As principal, Mr. Warner oversees the entire settlement process, actively supervising a team of closing attorneys and paralegals. On a daily basis, Kenneth Warner focuses on providing borrowers with a positive and professional closing experience while keeping a strict eye on compliance & quality control. Mr. Warner implemented the REMMIS and RealEC transaction management platforms which automate the closing process and act as a seamless interface with major lenders.

Mr. Warner is recognized throughout the lender community as an expert in mortgage closing, title insurance, real property law, and mortgage banking compliance. He has been a frequent CLE lecturer on real property law and title insurance for Astoria Federal Savings Bank, Esquire Bank and the Nassau County Bar Association. Mr. Warner’s 25 year career has included a wide variety of title and settlement work across a broad spectrum of property types including high volume residential, commercial, industrial, office, retail, land development, condo conversion, condemnation, public land, cooperatives, leasehold, mezzanine financing, construction lending and hospital financings.

Mr. Warner was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1991 and is a member of the Bar in the States of New York and California. He is aLicensed Title Insurance Producer in the States of New Jersey, Illinois, Pennsylvania Florida and the District of Columbia. Kenneth Warner is a member of the NYS Land Title Association, New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Committee, Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr Warner is admitted in New York, Connecticut and California.
