Mr. Lipman received his Bachelor of Arts, Political Science from Stony Brook University, and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. He has been admitted to practice before the Courts of this state since 1976. Mr. Lipman has been actively involved in title insurance for more than 40 years and is a former counsel and officer of First American Title Insurance Company and USLife Title Insurance Company of New York (now part of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company). Mr. Lipman has served on the Executive, Land Records and Municipal Liaison Committees of the New York State Land Title Association. Rich is a member of NYS Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. Rich remains President of Accord Abstract, a Division of LandStar Title Agency.
